We're excited to offer a Friday Evening Tai Chi Easy session at our center as a new opportunity to support healing, connection, and well-being.
Tai Chi Easy practices aim to reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and flexibility, enhance focus and mental clarity, boost immune function and energy, and support heart and lung health.
Whether you're completely new or have practiced before, you're welcome to join us.
We'll begin indoors and, if the weather is nice, we'll move outside to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.
