Allied Professional Night - Sound Bath

The Maine Resiliency Center invites our allied professionals to an evening of restoration and community. This special event is designed specifically for those who have supported—or continue to support—individuals directly impacted by mass violence.

About This Evening We recognize that supporting trauma survivors takes a toll, and those who do this vital work need spaces to restore and reconnect. This evening is our way of honoring your dedication and providing an opportunity for collective healing.

Sound Bath Experience Begin the evening with a guided sound bath led by Sri. Using therapeutic instruments including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, this immersive experience promotes deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. No experience necessary—just come as you are and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket if you'd like.

Dinner & Connection Following the sound bath, we'll gather for a nourishing meal and informal conversation. This is a time to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and build community among those who understand the unique challenges of this work.

Who Should Attend This event is for allied professionals including:

Mental health clinicians and counselors Victim advocates and case managers First responders and emergency personnel Medical professionals Legal advocates and attorneys Educators and school personnel Faith leaders and spiritual care providers Anyone providing direct support to mass violence survivors
